Cookies and similar technologies

This site uses cookies and comparable browser storage for two purposes: measuring how the site is used (analytics) and measuring advertising performance (advertising). We do not use cookies to build profiles for sale, and we do not sell personal information.

Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages get visited, how people arrive, and which content leads to inquiries. GA4 sets cookies that store a randomized identifier and collects page URLs, referrers, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and on-page events. IP addresses are truncated by Google before storage. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Advertising pixels

We run Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising. Those platforms may place tags on this site to attribute conversions and build remarketing audiences. Data shared with them is limited to on-site activity such as page views and form submissions.

• Google Ads: manage personalization at adssettings.google.com.
• Meta: manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
• Browser-level: most browsers let you block third-party cookies or send a Global Privacy Control signal, which we honor where required by law.

Call tracking

Some campaigns use call tracking numbers. When you call a tracked number we may record the calling number, call time and duration, the campaign or page that produced the call, and — where a recording notice is given at the start of the call — a recording or transcript. Call records are used for lead quality review and campaign reporting only, and are retained for up to twelve months unless we need them longer for billing or dispute resolution.

Contact form data

When you submit our contact form we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, the service and budget you select, and your message. That information is stored in our secured database and used only to respond to your inquiry and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not add form submissions to marketing lists without your permission and we do not sell or rent them. Inquiry records are retained for up to twenty-four months, then deleted, unless you become a client — in which case records are kept for the life of the engagement plus applicable record-keeping periods.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers that make this site and our advertising work: hosting and database infrastructure, analytics, advertising platforms, call tracking, and email. Each processes data on our behalf. We may also disclose information when legally required.

Your choices

• Block or clear cookies in your browser, or use private browsing.
• Install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
• Email matt@bigbright.digital to request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of the information we hold about you. We respond within thirty days.

Children

This site is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
